O Passado Obscuro do Sacred Steel

 Sacred Steel concerteza é uma das poucas bandas dos anos noventa que continua ate hoje fazendo um trabalho de ótima qualidade e que podemos intitular sem medo de verdadeiro Heavy Metal.

  A banda vem sobrevivendo no obscuro cenário underground, com toda a dificuldade deste ambiente por que os caras levam a música a sério, são parceiros e obviamente ainda existe Headbangers que sabem diferenciar a boa música de uma bosta enfeitada com marketing (amem!), o que cria sua fã base.

Mas muitos destes Bangers, por mais que sejam fãs do Sacred Steel e conheçam todos os albuns e letras, alguns deles ainda não sabem que a banda não nasceu no "Reborn In Steel", muito pelo contrário, como o próprio nome do Album sugere, ela RENASCEU no Sacred Steel!

Isto mesmo, os integrantes do Sacred Steel, antes de formar a banda em 97, tinham outra banda chamada de Tragedy Divine, onde gravaram uma Demo e o Full-Lenght "Visions Of Power", mas ainda não pense que a Tragedy Divine é a origem do Sacred Steel, pois antes dela, os integrantes tinham outra banda chamada de Variety Of Arts, ondem apenas gravaram uma Demo e nada mais.

Hoje minha missão é divulgar um pouco do passado do Sacred Steel, então disponibilizarei logo abaixo o Album do Tragedy Divine e a Demo do Variety Of Arts, tudo em Mp3 de alta qualidade (320), com todos os Scans e tudo que tem direito, aproveitem!

Cruel & Desigual

Nova série em quadrinhos. Começando 2013 fazendo sua estréia nos quadrinhos, Gabriel Siqueira e Thompson Muniz, ambos antigos colaboradores do APAVA. 

Histórias em Quadrinhos sem um personagem principal. Situações baseadas em fatos reais, boatos e rumores, ocorridas em um ambiente degradante, um lugar cruel em um país desigual, a Favela do Pesadelo, local ficticio criado para representar qualquer local pobre de nosso país, onde a autoridade do governo não é plena, onde a lei é do forte, onde o capitalismo é muito mais selvagem, pois poucos tem a chance de viver com o mesmo poder de consumo, o mesmo acesso à educação, cultura, trabalho e oportunidades, a sobrevivência é uma luta diária e o crime é uma rotina.

Idéias desenvolvidas em parceria, por Gabriel Siqueira (roteiro) e Thompson Muniz (roteiro e desenhos), onde experimentam a linguagem dos quadrinhos mostrando o lado sombrio que muita gente não conhece na sociedade, inspiradas por histórias ouvidas na rua, lidas em jornais, por fatos que presenciaram, por possibilidades e probabilidades.

A publicação será por Facebook, uma página por semana, sendo que as histórias serão curtas, e ao término delas será postado o link para download das versões em cbr e pdf, além de link para ler a série no issu.

Cruel & Desigual. Uma nova série em Quadrinhos, composta por histórias ocorridas num ambiente fictício, porém, muito próximo da realidade que conhecemos nas periferias de todas as cidades do Brasil. A série experimentará elementos de diversos tipos de histórias em quadrinhos, contendo histórias de aventura, de reflexão, de humor e de violência.

São histórias que mostram a dureza do cotidiano de pessoas comuns, que vivem num lugar cruel em um país desigual. A maioria das situações que serão mostradas na série são baseadas e inspiradas em fatos reais, que vivenciamos, que ouvimos falar, que vimos em noticiarios, que lemos em jornais, em rumores, em boatos, em histórias, muitas das quais muita gente vai se identificar.

As histórias de Cruel & Desigual são desenvolvidas em parceria, com roteiros e desenhos de Thompson Muniz, designer gráfico, ilustrador e cartunista, que já fez capas para discos de bandas de Metal e faz as charges do personagem indigena Cavalo Lascado, e também nos roteiros Gabriel Siqueira, músico, baixista e vocalista da banda Lápide e também da Panic, uma das mais clássicas bandas de Thrash Metal do Brasil. Os dois criaram o projeto porque são fãs de quadrinhos de todos os gêneros e estão começando a trabalhar com quadrinhos a partir deste ousado projeto, tentando ampliar o catálogo da arte nacional.

Se você tem uma alienada opinião formada sobre o país onde vive, acredita na opinião pública, gosta de novelas de televisão, de histórias infantis bonitinhas com personagens fofos, de pessoas bonitas sorrindo vivendo uma falsa felicidade proporcionada pelo vicio consumista do senso comum, se você aceita calado o que a midia vomita em sua cabeça e não tem paciência para questões sociais e políticas, por favor não leia CRUEL & DESIGUAL.
